20 Minute Workout with Minimal Equipment

Life doesn't always allow for your training sessions to go exactly as planned. If you end up on the road or at home, instead of your usual gym, here is a great full body workout for you to try! All you need is 20 min, one dumbbell, and a resistance band. 

To make it more challenging you can increase the weight of the dumbbell or decrease the rest time to 60s.
