Sports Performance & Adult Fitness Programs, Now Online
You can now follow Capital District Sport and Fitness’ Adult Fitness and Sports Performance Programming from a distance. Our team of strength coaches have teamed up to build online versions of our most popular programs that you can train with at home. We’ve trained thousands of athletes, from motivated high school students to established professionals, and have worked with players from the MLB, MLS, and MiLB, learning how to best support athletes looking to reach the next level. We’ve taken our knowledge and experience to turn the programs we use at our facility in Upstate NY, with over 150 members, into at home training programs that you can complete from anywhere!

Our programs focus on all aspects of improving performance like- mobility, agility, speed, power, strength, and conditioning.
Whether you’re new to training, an advanced trainee, or an athlete, there’s a program for you. All our programs can be scaled to help you get started or take improve your fitness while at home regardless of how much equipment you have at home.
Adult Fitness: Our Strength Camp Online and MetCon Online replicate our Adult Group Training Classes in your own home. Strength Camp helps you master strength training technique and build strength over 3 different 4-week training blocks, each one progressing from the previous. MetCon is an interval based workout that will have you moving through exercises quickly, burning calories, and improving your cardio.
Sports Performance: Our flagship Sports Performance Training program is designed to build better, stronger, faster athletes. This program is built for high school, college, and professional athletes looking to gain a competitive edge as they work toward taking their game to the next level. We’ve adjusted our Sports Performance Program to accommodate your equipment options and home space to ensure you don’t miss a step while you don’t have access to a gym.
Custom Programming: For our Online Custom Programming we’ll talk with you and discuss your training goals, available equipment, injury history. From there we’ll create a program specifically for your you just as we would for a Semi-Private Training Member at our facility.

Our online training platform has everything you need to easily follow our programs over the course of 12 weeks. You’ll get access to our training templates, Online Portal to view your program, exercise video demonstrations with our coaches going over technique cues to ensure you’re performing all of your exercises correctly, and access to our CDSF Online Community. You can easily follow along on the go on any phone, tablet, or computer, or print out a comprehensive workout sheet to follow on your own and log your workouts.
