CDSF Full Body Strength Camp Workout!

Strength Camp is one of two Adult Group Training Classes that we offer at Capital District Sport and Fitness. The goal of the class is to teach you how to strength train safely and effectively in fun, supportive, yet challenging environment. You’ll safely work with heavier weights as you focus on building muscle and gaining strength.

The class is structured with specific work:rest ratios and the exercises are selected to:

  • Allow you to complete the workout regardless of your experience and fitness level.

  • Allow you to train hard and push yourself while minimizing the risk of injury due to poor technique or fatigue.

  • Make sure you have fun!

We’ll be pulling the back the curtain to show you how we design our Strength Camp class and give you everything you need to crush this workout at home!

THE WORKOUT

The workout below is split into four different sections. Each section will have either two or three exercises. You’ll alternate between the exercises in the section you’re on until you’ve completed all of the prescribed sets for them. You’ll then move to the next section. Please choose if you’ll be performing exercises from the Beginner, Middle, or Advanced column before starting.
