Sports Performance Workout
Hi CDSF Family, as we all do our part practicing #socialdistancing we wanted share a Sports Performance Workout that you can get done at home with minimal to no equipment.
1A) Sprint-Backpedal-Sprint (10 yards/ea)- 3x
2A) Split Squat Cycle Jumps- 3×5/side
2B) Bear Crawls + Reverse Bear Crawls- 3×5/side/ea
A1) Split Squats- 3×8/side
A2) Push-Ups- 2×8, 1xAMAP
B1) Lateral Lunge- 3×8/side
B2) Deadbugs-3×8/side
C1) Side Plank w/ Adduction- 2×15-20s/side
C2) 1-Leg Straight Leg Sit-Up- 2×6/side
Conditioning: Tempo Runs: 10×80 yards at 75% effort with 30s rest between sets
