How to Perform Tempo Split Squats
Hi CDSF Family! Did you know that there are many different ways to make an exercise more challenging without increasing the weight that you're using?
One way to do so is by increasing the time under tension of the exercise. In today's video we go over the Tempo Split Squat. By slowing down and performing the split squat with a 3s down and 3s up count, without pausing at the top or bottom, you'll increase the total amount of time your lower body muscles are working and allow yourself to get a bigger training effect with less weight.
